Its Saturday night, I am going to order a pizza delivered and watch "cops"! I have been housecleaning most of the day.

Life is good.

I had Arby's tonight. Once in awhile, I eat fast food, but not often. I always considered fast food hitting a deer at 55 m.p.h.

If that's the case my brother in law had fast food a few days ago at 60mph! What Arby's do you like? I have not been there in years. Tonight I am having left over Donato's Pizza and Wings.

Life is good.

Boy, I think that veal is the best I have eaten. I ordered it from Stockyards. They supply the prime beef to many of the larger restaurants in Chicago.

Mmmmmm Mmmmmm

My mother would hate it if she knew I had such desires for another woman's cooking!

And yet, certainly be fine with my desires for that same woman

I have had pork chops for the last two nights. Both done a different way. I screwed up when I pulled a package of chops out of the freezer. I had all ready had chops last night. Oh, well. Had different veggies with it and it was good so who cares?

I am sorry, but I am struggling now. I will post again when I can be a "positive" input here. That is the very least that you, my friends, should expect! Not to worry, I am just in a lot of pain, not anything life threatening, just very hard to deal with. So, I will be back soon I hope!

Good night!

Life is good.

Some of my family met up tonight and we had a very nice Chinese carryout meal together. There were 5 of us and she picked up 4 different meals so we had a Chinese buffet with lots of leftovers. Very nice!

Life is good.

There is something to be said about cooking for one or even a few. It's hard to get enough but not too much. Tonight, I am going to marinate some shrimp in lime juice, oil, garlic and put it on the grill. I guess I will have a veggie and some noodles.

I am having left over this and left over that, from the many parties and meals that I attended this Christmas weekend and left "packing" leftovers. The highlight will be dessert (which I usually don't eat); Chocolate Pecan Pie made by my "new" sister in law.

That woman is a total puzzle to me, but man can she cook! Not to diminish her other cooking capabilities which are way better than average, but desserts are her specialty; that pie is so good and tasty that I can find no appropriate words to describe it.

Life is good.
